Creating a folder
ℹ️ Before creating a folder, you must have created at least one assessment.
Go to the "Library" tab.
Under "Created by You", select "New Folder".
Name your folder, then select "Create Folder".
Renaming a folder
2. Under "Created by You", find the folder you would like to rename
3. Select the ⋮ menu on the folder.
4. Choose "Rename", enter the new name, then select "Rename".
Deleting a folder
2. Under "Created by You", find the folder you would like to rename
3. Select the ⋮ menu on the folder.
4. Select "Delete" to remove the folder from your Library.
Making a copy of a school or district assessment
If your school or district has created assessments for you, they may have pinned folders to the top of your Library.
You can open a pinned folder, find the assessment you need, and assign it to your class right away.
Sometimes you may need to adjust a school or district assessment (for example, to support student accommodations). In that case, find the assessment and select "Make a Copy to Modify".
What happens after you copy:
If you copy an assessment from a pinned folder you do not own, the copy appears in "Created by You".
If you are the folder owner, you will find the copied assessment in the pinned folder.
