InnerOrbit is designed to automatically sync to your local time zone. However, depending on browser or security settings, it may not always reflect your actual location. This can cause confusion when reviewing assignment timestamps.

This is especially important for:
Tracking completion across different class periods
Accurately reviewing late or missing assignments

⚙️ How to Adjust Your Time Zone
If your student submission times look incorrect, it may be due to your time zone settings. Here’s how to fix it:
Hover over your name in the top-right corner of your screen
Click Profile from the dropdown menu
Select the Update Information tile
Click the pencil icon next to your current time zone
Choose your correct time zone from the dropdown list
Click the check icon to save
Click My Dashboard to return to the homepage
🎉 That’s it! Your student submission data will now reflect your correct local time.
