How Do Students Sign into InnerOrbit with Google Accounts?

Learn how to support students logging in via Google.

If your students are using school Google accounts, your rosters are set up, and you’ve got an assessment ready to go, the final step is for students to log in. This article outlines two ways students can access InnerOrbit using their Google credentials.

Once your students are rostered, they can log in using either method below.


🚀 Student Login Method 1: Logging in with Google via InnerOrbit

  1. Share the Login Link

  2. Students Click "Sign in with Google"

    • Students will log in using their school Google account.

  3. Students Land on Their Dashboard

    • From their dashboard, they’ll see all assessments that have been assigned to them.


🔗 Student Login Method 2: Logging in with Google via the Assignment Link

  1. Locate the Assessment

    • Navigate to your Library tab.

    • Click on the assessment you'd like to assign.

  2. Copy the Assessment Link

    • In the pink Assign window, check the appropriate roster(s).

    • Click the pink assignment link to copy it.

      • ⚠️ Note: You must check the desired roster(s) before sending the link to students.

  3. Share the Link with Students

    • Post the link in Google Classroom, your LMS, or send it via email.

  4. Students Log in with Google

    • When students click the link, they’ll be taken to the InnerOrbit login page.

    • Students should select “Sign in with Google.”

    • They’ll be taken directly to the assessment, skipping the dashboard.
