If your district uses Clever to connect to third-party apps, you can quickly and easily sync data to InnerOrbit, including schools, classes, teacher accounts, and student accounts.

Steps for Connecting to InnerOrbit
1. Navigate to InnerOrbit in the Clever App Gallery.
2. Click Install now and request to share data with InnerOrbit.
3. Configure your sharing rules BY SECTION. Please ONLY share science sections for the grade levels included in your license. (InnerOrbit supports grades 3–12.)

Need to make changes to your Clever data? Review Clever’s guidance to:
4. Email your Account Manager or support@innerorbit.com to let us know you have connected with InnerOrbit via Clever.
What happens next?
Once we approve your request to connect, you will receive an email notification from Clever. We will then complete the Clever sync to InnerOrbit and email you when it is ready.

Can I share coaches and admins via Clever?
Not yet! If you need any school or district admin accounts on InnerOrbit, email your Account Manager or support@innerorbit.com.
Will coteacher information be sent through the Clever sync?
Yes! Coteachers will have access to their co-taught rosters on InnerOrbit if they are marked coteachers in the Clever sync.

How long does setting up a sync take?
If all the information being shared from Clever to InnerOrbit is correct, launches take less than 1 week!
How do teachers and students login?
After the sync launches, send this PDF resource to teachers to show how they and students can login to InnerOrbit via Clever.
