Not sure if you're linked to the right school in InnerOrbit? No worries — it's a quick check!
This article is especially helpful for users who sign in with Google or a username and password. If you have limited access or cannot add students to your rosters, your account may be linked to the wrong school. Follow the steps below to check your account setup and get connected to the right school.
Recommendation 1: Check Your School ID & School Name
The quickest way to verify your school — you can see this immediately after logging in!
1. Log into InnerOrbit.
2. Look at the top right corner of your screen. You'll see both your school name and school ID displayed there.
If you are assigned to multiple schools, you may see a green arrow to the right of your school name. Click the arrow to view all schools assigned to your account.
3. Confirm that your school name and school ID are accurate. Your School ID should also match your colleagues'. If a colleague is on the correct paid license and school, they can send you an InnerOrbit invitation link. When you log in through that link, you'll see a prompt to switch to the correct school and license.

Recommendation 2: Check Your Profile
1. Log into InnerOrbit.
2. Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Select "Profile" from the dropdown menu.
4. Select "License" to view your license information.
5. Confirm that you have a active school or district license. If you are showing a pilot or trial license, this may indicate that you have not yet been added to your school's active license.
