How can we make a district/school "pinned" folder?
If you are a school or district administrator for your school on InnerOrbit, you can "pin" a folder to the top of your school/district's "Library"! This is perfect for common assessments that many teachers need to access.
To "pin" a folder for your school/district:
Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the folder.
Select "Make Visible for School/District".
This will pin the folder at the top of your entire school or district's Library.
If you do not see these options, you are more than likely not a school or district admin in our system. Please reach out the site chat so our team can add admin privileges to your account!
Folders Tips
You can make subfolders within folders for even MORE organization!
If you are "pinning" folders for your district, you will need to change the setting to "Make Visible for the District" for each subfolder.
Folders are a great way to organize your assessments by year, unit, grade, etc.
